CONDITIONS OF PUBLICATION:

The following conditions apply to this agreement for services made from the date below between G. Bradley, owner of "UK Safari", hereinafter called Provider, and the applicant named above hereinafter called the Client. The Provider reserves the right to decline to publish material considered to be unsuitable and to make alterations considered necessary to maintain our high standards. The Provider reserves the right to decide the classification for web page/s, and to reassign pages to new categories at a later date. The Client accepts full liability for all material published by the Provider on their behalf. The Client can make up to three free web page amendments each year. For subsequent amendments within the same year a fee is charged per page. The Client is prohibited from using unsolicited e-mail to promote the Client’s web page/s and shall be sufficient reason for the Provider to terminate Client's web page/s without refund. The Client is prohibited from engaging in any unlawful act/s or business. The Provider shall not be liable for any posting or transmission of information which infringes UK or International laws or regulations, or any third party rights. The Provider reserves the right to use examples of web pages created for promotional purposes. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the service in the case of clients with unsettled bills or overdue accounts. The publication of a web page/s does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by the Provider of that company, person, product or service. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the England, irrespective of the fact that a party hereto may not be a resident of England. The Client shall hold the Provider harmless in and from all claims, liabilities, damages and detriments not arising from the Provider's actual negligence or malfeasance. The Client irrevocably covenants, promises and agrees to hold the Provider harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature that the Client may experience as a result of loss of service/access to said web page/s provided by the Provider resulting from causes beyond the control of the Provider: including, but not limited to: acts of God or Nature, fires, strikes, floods, riots, power outages, telecommunication outages, ISP downtime and/or offline time, interfering requirements or regulations of England or local governments or any other civil or military authority. The placing of an order for a web page/s is deemed an acceptance of this agreement. Prices are liable to change without prior notice.
